Take a product you've shipped. Who paid, how did it make money, and which lever mattered most to the P&L?*
Revenue, margin, take-rate, CAC — whatever the real driver was. If you never knew the numbers, say so. "I don't know what it earned" is itself an answer — just not a great one.

Three things you could build next quarter. You can do one. One lifts revenue, one cuts cost or risk, one delights users but moves no number. Which, and why?*
And what do you tell the people who wanted the other two? We're reading how you weigh business value against effort, risk, and noise — not which one you picked.
05 — LeverageThe part we care about most

Map your AI stack.*
Which tools, for which job — research, synthesis, writing, code, design, data, automation, agents? One line per tool. We're reading for both coverage and intent: do you reach for the right tool, or the one tool you know?
↳ Git repo / PR link — optional If you drive Claude Code / Codex / Antigravity / Cursor / Aider and friends — not just GUI chat — drop a repo or PR. We'd rather read real commits than take your word for it.

Pick one real project. How did AI move it from discovery → delivery?*
Where did AI do the heavy lifting — and, just as important, where did you deliberately not use it, and why? The "where I didn't" is the part that tells us you understand the real work.

Be honest about the multiplier.*
On that project, did AI make you ~1.5x faster, or ~50x? Put a real number on it — then tell us what created the leverage, or what capped it. We're not impressed by how much AI you used. We're interested in how much output per unit of you it bought.

Takes what works and makes it 10x bigger. Builds the systems and the people that scale it without breaking. 1→100 energy, allergic to chaos that doesn't compound.
